(1) Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

(2) Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund any payments we have received from you without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
You must return the goods to LVG-Kunstservice GmbH, Berck-sur-Mer-Str. 20, 53604 Bad Honnef, without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The costs are estimated to be a maximum of approximately 30 Euros. You are only responsible for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to examine the condition, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
